When creating a logo there are a few rules you should know of:
- Similarity – objects that are similar are seen as one.
- Closure – Occurs when an object is incomplete and our brain automatically encloses it as if we are filling in the missing information.
- Proximity – objects that are close together are seen as one.
After talking about a few “rules of type” and looking at real life examples, we were set to work on a few type exercises either using Photoshop or Illustrator.
